I'm in the "final stretch" to lose 32 lbs from August 1 to October 10, 2010. That's 3.2 lbs. per week in 10 weeks to reach my ideal healthy weight of 118 lbs. This will make it one year since I started losing weight. Success to date is a loss of 25 lbs since October 8, 2010. This blog is another way for me to intensify my focus to bring better results.
